Refund policy

The customers have the right of return of products of their order in 14 days after the day of their reception.

The products should be in perfect condition, sealed, complete and without any damage. With the product, you must fill in the return form which you have received when receiving the product.

All returns are checked and in 14 days, the new product is returned to the customer or the value of the products based on the way of payment which was chosen on purchase. No shipping costs are returned. If refund is required in purchases with free shipping costs ( over 49 euros) , the refund is the same as the price of the product without the shipping costs.
