CANCELLATION OF ORDER AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All the returns of products are checked and in 14 days the new preferred product is returned to the consumer or the value of the products based on the way of payment as selected in the purchase. The possible shipping costs are not returned. If refund is required in purchases with free shipping costs ( over 49 euros) , the refund is the same as the price of the product without the shipping costs.
